AUSTRALIA-SINGAPORE GREEN ECONOMY AGREEMENT:
INDUSTRY CONSULTATIONS TO INFORM A NEW INNOVATION FUNDING FACILITY

We are holding consultations with Australian businesses and exporters to discuss the establishment of a new funding facility, the Singapore-Australia Go-Green Co-Innovation Program, to be launched in the next few months. Early information on the Program is available here.

This initiative is a part of the recently concluded Australia-Singapore Green Economy Agreement.

In brief, the Singapore-Australia Go-Green Co-Innovation Program is intended to “facilitate collaboration between small and medium-sized enterprises from Singapore and Australia seeking to establish or expand business and commercial activities that boost trade in goods and services across green growth sectors”.

Once the Program is established, your business may be able to access grant support. This may depend on the final criteria and parameters of the Program, as well as the competitive merits of your proposed project.

If you have a product offering and/or business model that can make a positive impact on the environment, we would very much appreciate hearing about your activities and efforts, and explore how they might be expanded to the Singaporean market and/or in partnership with Singapore.
