Marina represents the National Forestry Chamber at the Ucayali headquarters and is Manager of the Nii Biri Indigenous Company (Wonders of the Forest in the Shipibo-Konibo language). This is the first indigenous company in Peru to work with FSC-certified wood, obtained from responsibly managed forests, with the support of the Association for Integral Research and Development (AIDER). Nii Biri and AIDER work together to promote the sustainability of natural resources and strengthen native Amazonian communities through communal forest management.
