The Export Council of Australia, China and Beyond, and JD.COM have joined forces to create a pathway for Australian exporters to sell directly to Chinese consumers. This will be achieved through a new JD.COM Australia National Premium Product Pavilion, providing a spotlight for top Australian brands.

WorldConnect – 2026 ANZ Sourcing Mission to Canton Fair

The Export Council of Australia wishes to invite Australian businesses interested in establishing new supplier and manufacturing partnerships in China to participate in the 2026 ANZ Sourcing Mission to the Canton Fair (广交会). This initiative has been developed by WorldFirst, China and Beyond, Zappy, and Magical Cargo International to support businesses identify capable suppliers and form long‑term, trusted relationships across China’s manufacturing ecosystem.

Why Join this Mission

Participants will gain structured, on‑the‑ground exposure to China’s manufacturing landscape. The mission involves a two‑day guided visit to the Canton Fair, the world’s largest trade showcase, where attendees can meet suppliers directly and explore key product categories.

Factory Visits & Industry Insights

The program continues with three days of factory visits across Guangdong Province, offering firsthand visibility into production processes and supplier capability. Visits include specialised industrial clusters in Guangzhou (beauty and apparel), Foshan (home appliances and furniture), and Dongguan (electronics), enabling participants to assess quality, capacity, and fit for their business needs.

Support, Guidance & Local Expertise

Participants will benefit from a curated itinerary, a comprehensive pre‑departure China guide, daily shuttle services, workshops, a welcome dinner, working lunches during factory visits, and translation support throughout the trip. A preferred group rate at a five‑star hotel in Guangzhou’s CBD is available.

Estimated Costs

Participants to cover their own flights, accommodation, and most meals. Overall cost will depend on your  travel choices, hotel selection, and personal spending.
