Victor Mari C. Baguilat Jr. is the founder and CEO of Kandama, a social enterprise that bridges indigenous tradition and contemporary fashion. An award-winning impact entrepreneur and cultural advocate, Victor was named one of The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) of the Philippines and a Siklab Awardee for his commitment to empowering indigenous communities.

Kandama is rooted in Julongan Village, Kiangan, Ifugao, where it works with women weavers to preserve the ancient art of handloom weaving. By fusing indigenous textiles with modern silhouettes, Kandama brings the heritage of the Cordilleras to global runways – from New York to Cannes – while creating sustainable livelihood for its artisans.
