Founder and Creative Director of Shine & Sparkle by Niha, An artisanal jewelry and accessory brand that empowers stay-at-home moms and supports local artisans. As a social entrepreneur, She created flexible job opportunities for women while fostering creativity and collaboration within communities.

Balancing business and family has been challenging, but these experiences have shaped her journey. During the Marawi Siege, She worked with women weavers who had lost everything, helping them rebuild their lives and regain their spirit through collaborative projects.

In addition to running her business, She has participated in various summits and organizations focused on women’s empowerment and gender equality. Her business has received several nominations in different pitching competitions, and was honored to win the Best Business Pitch from AWE during the pandemic. She has also led workshops to help single moms tap into their creativity, encouraging them to start their own businesses and find financial independence.

Today, She remain committed to empowering women, breaking barriers, and inspiring others to pursue their dreams with confidence and courage.
