Charindra Janashani Wijemanne

Co-Founder/ CTO, Maturify

Charindra Wijemanne is the Co-Founder and CTO of Maturify which is a startup developing a learning experience platform for corporates. She is also the forum lead of the entrepreneurship and innovation forum of SLASSCOM which is the national chamber for the IT/BPM industry in Sri Lanka. She has over 10+ years of experience in the IT industry in Sri Lanka and has worked under various roles, the latest being a Senior Technical Lead at 99x which is a leading tech company concentrated on product engineering and delivering winning products to customers mostly from the Scandinavian region.

Charindra serves as a mentor at different events for startups and women in tech in Sri Lanka. She was also a Director for the Sri Lankan chapter of Women in Big Data and is passionate in making a difference in the startup community and women in tech.
