My name is Uriel Vásquez, and I am the owner of Viñedos La Turbina, a vineyard established in 2021 in Casas Grandes, Chihuahua. I am an industrial engineer by profession, with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management. My family moved to Casas Grandes in 1998, and we quickly fell in love with the local culture, history, and the region’s unique way of life. In 2017, my wife, daughter, and I moved to Casas Grandes permanently, driven by a desire to reconnect with the land and explore new opportunities. This shift led me to the world of winemaking in 2020, where I found a passion for producing wines that reflect the soul of the region and its rich Paquimé heritage. Viñedos La Turbina embodies our commitment to sustainable agriculture, respecting the natural environment, and promoting the culture of the land. We craft wines using methods to create a deep connection between our products and the unique history of the Casas Grandes area.
