I was born in pichari cusco and studied to be an agronomist, i was always motivated to generate a sustainable environment in my valley, today known for the production of illegal coca and remnants of terrorism. After working on research related to the study of genetic resources i realized that it was not enough, then i began to work within the cocoa value chain which allowed me to connect with my roots since my family is dedicated to the production of cocoa and also with my scientific part and i started with this start-up with my partners.
Today it has also allowed me to integrate regenerative practices on the farm and in the company, which has made me a national benchmark and i give talks about it. Also during these years i specialized in fermentation processes and improving the quality of cocoa and i am part of the national network of cocoa tasters.
Finally, i am currently doing a diploma in agro-exports and bio and ecobusiness management, and a course in regenerative economics, with which i hope to grow as a professional and scale my company
