My name is Rosaura Gutierrez Cortez, I was born on April 20, 2002, I am the daughter of peasant parents. I call myself indigenous, I grew up surrounded by the countryside, working the land with my parents since I was a child, when I was 10 years old together with my brother we harvest our first corn, every December in the coffee season my whole family and I are dedicated to its harvest, I grew up seeing how the production process of this rich fruit is, from the time it is in seed to having it on our table served in a cup. I am currently in the 7th semester of the law degree at UNAM, which has helped me a lot to be able to continue with this project; as well as, I have been working for 3 years at the Ollin Quetza Foundation, the caul is based on marketing handicrafts and agroecological products such as coffee.
